Valley Mount Ranch offers an educational and fun Summer Riding Program. Our camps consist of everyone experiencing what it’s like to own a horse. They will learn the general care of horses such as feeding, grooming, bathing, and cleaning up after horses. They will also learn the correct way to halter and lead a horse, how to saddle a horse correctly, learn how to ride and control a horse, but most important they will learn how to be safe around horses. We ride everyday, we will be riding in an arena, in a field, & taking scenic trail rides. We will also have other fun horse activities.
What do you need for the Summer Camp Program? You don’t have to buy any Special Clothing; Long Pants for Riding and Shorts for all other Activities. Tennis Shoes or shoes with heels for Riding are fine, it is not necessary to have boots. Every Child should bring a sack lunch, something to drink and snacks. All campers will receive a Valley Mount Ranch T-shirt. BRING PLENTY OF WATER TO DRINK!

Wrangler Camp (Advanced)
This camp is designed for kids that have been through several year of summer
riding camps or lesson, that want to further their riding ability, that would eventually
like to own or lease a horse, and that would like to be a volunteer at Valley Mount Ranch
The price of the Wrangler Camp is $400.00 Per Person Per Session
Age for this camp 12 years & older.

Monday – Thursday – 8 am to 3:30 pm
Rancher Camp (Summer Riding Camp)
This Camp is designed for kids of all riding levels – from the Beginner to the Advanced
The price of the Rancher Camp is $370.00 Per Person Per Session
Age for this camp 7 years & older.
Dates for this camp * June 10-13 * July 8-11 * July 15-18
Monday – Thursday – 8 am to 3 pm
Little Britches Camp
This camp is a great way to introduce your little horse lover to horses.
The price of the Little Britches Camp is $250.00 Per Person Per Session
Age for this camp 6 years & under.
Dates for this camp * June 3 – 6, 2019
Monday – Thursday – 9 am to 12 pm
To register a child for a camp please print out the registration form & liability release form and return the completed forms to Valley Mount Ranch along with a deposit to reserve your spot. Deposits are non-refundable.
